Responsibilities:

Lead and support production team members to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards are met. Execute daily production schedules and priorities provided by management. Communicate important updates, direction, and feedback to team members. Train employees on production processes and work standards. Troubleshoot issues and escalate production concerns when needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and help drive operational efficiencies. Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment. Assist with daily startup activities and support overtime needs as required.

Desired Background/Skills:

2+ years of manufacturing experience required. Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a changing production environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and productivity. Basic math and reading skills. High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, but not required. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
