Full Job Description Job Description:
Are you looking to get your foot in the door to a fun creative production collective and be part of a team? If so, this job could be for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic, razor-sharp, self motivated, detail oriented team player who is genuinely excited about the media and production world. This role calls for someone with strong interpersonal skills, maturity navigating a professional yet creative environment and confidence for face-to-face interactions with clients and talent on a daily basis. Our DC office is looking for an Office Production Assistant with a media background or a strong interest in the industry. Reporting to our VP, Executive Producer, this role is a front-row seat to how a production company actually runs - from the hands on technical support to the client relationships that keep it going. You'll be the glue that keeps our office and our projects moving, with a real opportunity to grow into production support work as you build your skills.
Essential Functions:
Open the office by 9am sharp (earlier when a session calls for it), and get shared spaces ready for the day, so clients and talent feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Prep session rooms ahead of client bookings so they are fully client-ready. Help booking sessions and coordinate materials and equipment needs in advance. Greet guests arriving for DC sessions and give engineers a heads-up when clients or talent arrive, making sure every visitor feels taken care of. Coordinate daily lunch - place and pick up orders, label and distribute for the DC office, and arrange DoorDash delivery for the Baltimore office. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phones and directing inquiries to the right person or department. As your skills grow, take inquiries and book sessions with the help of our producers team or independently. Receive and manage incoming packages and deliveries. Keep a running grocery and supply list for office needs and make purchases as needed. Maintain microphone kits and other studio equipment. Maintain and update the voiceover (VO) talent database. Once comfortable with our workflows, assist with voiceover casting, then grow into arranging auditions on your own. Maintain office procedures and provide administrative support across departments as needed. Create content for our social media platforms. Bonus Skills /
