Key Responsibilities:
- Site execution: Lead the execution of Qnity's OT cybersecurity program at all manufacturing sites.
- Project compliance: Validate that project execution is compliant from a cybersecurity standpoint, serving as the cybersecurity reviewer for automation and capital projects.
- Standards & best practices: Develop and maintain Qnity's PCN (Process Control Network) Cybersecurity Standards and Best Practices.
- Operational Technology network diagrams: Create and maintain OT network diagrams for each manufacturing site.
Cybersecurity OT Auditing:
Create and maintain the auditing process for our manufacturing sites globally.- Critical project deployment: Own the site deployment of the following critical initiatives such as: o Secure Remote Access Solutions (Cyolo or equivalent) o Vulnerability Management Solutions o Asset Inventory and Discovery Platforms o Backup and Recovery Platforms (OctoPlant or equivalent) o Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR) Solutions o Security Monitoring and Event Collection Systems o Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Solutions o OT Network Management and Monitoring Tools o Implement SIS network segmentation and secure communications architectures.
- Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP): Develop, maintain, and test the OT/PCN Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) across all manufacturing sites globally.
- Partner with site engineering, IT/OT, and EHS teams to identify OT cybersecurity risks and drive remediation with minimal impact on the area's ability to produce.
- Set and own OT cybersecurity standards from a global engineering perspective and drive deployment of the technology and best practices throughout the organization.
- Provide technical expertise for Management of Change (MOC), including serving as a cybersecurity technical reviewer of site MOC processes.
- Support the EHS and incident response organizations to assist with OT/PCN cybersecurity investigations and action items.
- Review automation, SIS, and digitalization projects for cybersecurity compliance.
- Participate in project design reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities.
- Mentor and develop site engineers across the global automation community on OT cybersecurity practices and secure network design.
- Qualifications
- : • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of OT/PCN network architecture, segmentation, and the Purdue model for industrial control systems.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, process industry, chemical, energy, life sciences, or similar industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing OT cybersecurity tools, including secure remote access, asset/inventory management, backup and recovery, and endpoint detection and response (EDR).

- The Pay range for this role is $130,200.00 - $204,600.00 Annual
