Job Description
Chocolate Production Specialist Makenu Chocolate is looking for a Chocolate Production Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys working with precision, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a clean, organized environment. As part of our production team, you'll help create our handcrafted chocolate products from start to finish, including chocolate bars, bon-bons, and chocolate chips. Every product that leaves our kitchen reflects our commitment to quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Produce handcrafted chocolate bars, bon-bons, and chocolate chips Temper, mold, wrap, and package chocolate products Follow recipes and production procedures with precision Maintain exceptional quality standards and consistency Keep workstations clean, organized, and food-safe throughout the day Monitor inventory of ingredients and packaging materials Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy Assist with preparing products for retail and wholesale orders What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational skills and a clean, methodical work style Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes precisely Pride in producing beautiful, high-quality products Ability to work independently as well as with a small team Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds Previous chocolate or culinary experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, enjoys working with their hands, and values craftsmanship.
