Creative Production Specialist

Creative Production Specialist Design It. Press It. Bring Brands to Life. Are you equally comfortable in Adobe Illustrator and in front of a heat press? Fully Promoted Boca Raton is looking for a Creative Production Specialist, a unique hybrid role for someone who can design eye-catching graphics and then jump into the production to make those designs come to life. This is the perfect opportunity for a creative thinker who enjoys both digital design and hands-on production. What You'll Do Design & Prepress Create and adapt artwork for apparel, signage, and promotional products Design layouts and client mockups Clean up logos, convert files to vector format, and prepare print-ready artwork Build approval documents and production proofs Organize and maintain digital art files Production & Press Operations Set up and operate heat presses and other decoration equipment Position artwork accurately on garments and products Produce decorated apparel using multiple embellishment methods Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot production issues Team Collaboration Work closely with team and Owner directly Help solve problems and meet tight deadlines Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment Skills We're Looking For Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign). Canva and Corel Draw are also helpful. Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to read and interpret job specifications and approval documents Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools Basic math skills for alignment, scaling, and positioning Experience in print, apparel decoration, or promotional products is a plus Willingness to learn and take ownership of projects from concept to completion Why This Role Is Awesome Every day is different.
