The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for helping assemble and prepare mattresses and foundations for shipment. Duties include placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines, packaging finished goods, organizing them for shipment, and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production. Manufacturing Associates are cross-trained in at least two key areas — such as assembly, sewing, packing, loading/unloading, shipping, or forklift operation — to ensure flexibility and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities:
Participate in the assembly, manufacturing, and packaging of mattresses and foundations according to established procedures and quality standards. Cross-train and rotate between at least two production areas (e.g., building mattresses or foundations, sewing, packing, loading/unloading, shipping, forklift operation). Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. Inspect materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Report any defects or issues to supervisors for resolution. Handle and move materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing area. Load and unload materials or finished goods, ensuring they are properly staged or organized for shipping. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads. Adapt to new tasks and areas as needed, supporting the overall flow of production. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures, maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work preferred, but not required — we provide training. Ability to work on your feet on the production floor for the duration of the shift (usually 8 hours/day). Physical fitness to perform manual tasks (including lifting, bending, reaching, pulling, etc.) and standing for extended periods. Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the manufacturing process. Familiarity with safety protocols and guidelines. Strong command of English language is required. Other tasks, as required, depending on the workstation/area you are assigned to.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 6:30am- 2:30pm (Includes paid lunch break) Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs. We are only considering candidates who already reside within daily commuting distance. Relocation is not provided. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
