What youll do:
Machine Operation & Setup:
Set up, operate, and maintain molding machines used in valve production, ensuring machines are configured according to specifications for precise manufacturing.
Assembly & Quality Control:
Assemble valves and related components, cut shafts, paint, set stroke, and rebuild cylinders while adhering to quality standards and tolerances.
Technical Interpretation:
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to guide assembly and machine setup processes accurately.
Troubleshooting & Monitoring:
Monitor machine operations continuously to ensure proper functioning, promptly identifying and resolving any production issues.
Daily Role:
The successful candidate will engage daily in hands-on valve assembly tasks, machine operation, and quality checks to meet production goals efficiently.
Success Metrics:
Success will be measured by consistent production of high-quality valves within defined tolerances, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety standards.

What youll bring:
Must-haves:
Safe operation of all tools and equipment used in valve assembly and machine operation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing manufacturing environment. Experience or ability to handle materials safely and efficiently. Team orientation and ability to comply with scheduled hours and company policies. Employer conducts drug screen and background check
Nice-to-haves:
Prior experience in materials handling or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with blueprint reading and technical diagrams. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform repetitive physical tasks. Experience working with safety personal protective equipment (PPE) in industrial settings.
