We specialize in private events, corporate events, sporting events, and other live productions, creating unforgettable experiences for our clients through exceptional service, creativity, and attention to detail. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organized and dependable Event Production Assistant to support our team and help ensure every event is prepared for success. Position Overview The Event Production Assistant provides administrative and logistical support to help ensure our events are organized, prepared, and ready for successful execution. You'll work closely with our team to coordinate key event details, manage documentation, and keep projects moving forward. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and working in a thrilling environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating logistics for upcoming events Request and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Coordinate travel arrangements for performers and staff Communicate with venues, vendors, and internal departments/staff Collect and organize staff documentation Maintain organized event files and production documentation Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items Identify missing information or potential issues before event week Provide administrative support to internal departments as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational, problem solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Self-motivated, dependable, proactive, and attentive to detail Previous experience in events, hospitality, logistics, or project coordination is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in staying organized, communicates professionally, follows through on commitments, and enjoys helping a team succeed.
