Position Overview As a Production Center Associate, you're at the frontlines of making sure our weather technology products shine.
You will be helping with:
inspecting, testing and calibrating weather stations, analyzing weather data, packing & shipping weather equipment, processing customer returns and assisting with customer support. This is a role that requires flexibility on your part, every day could be something different! Responsibilities Inspect, test and calibrate components and products to ensure they meet specs. Record and report test and calibration results accurately. Spot non-conforming products and notify the right teams. Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues. Keep quality control records organized and up to date. Analyze data to ensure it meets our high standards Kit and pack our weather products for delivery to home and business customers. Handle order printing and packaging to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Check in and test customer returns Assist customer support with answering questions from customers Skills & Qualifications Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and understand technical specifications. Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to shared goals. Organizational skills to manage records, procedures, and tasks effectively. Flexibility to change tasks as needed. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing production requirements Experience working with technical equipment including connected weather stations, computers and tablets Willingness to work some weekends and evening hours Nice to
Have:
Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes Ability to turn a screwdriver or a wrench A love for the weather
