Full-time Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities Follow work procedures, schematics, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets. Perform manufacturing and assembly operations according to established requirements. Conduct basic product testing, packaging, and shipping activities. Perform advanced or complex assembly and testing as required. Complete basic troubleshooting and resolve routine production issues. Maintain daily production output and meet established performance expectations. Assist with writing and developing work procedures. Participate in quality-control inspections when required. Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality policies and procedures. Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent. Three or more years of related manufacturing experience. Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions and schematics. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership. Strong attention to detail and quality-minded work habits. Ability to comply with EHS regulations, company policies, and quality requirements. What We're Looking For Manufacturing or assembly experience. Ability to identify issues and perform basic troubleshooting. Dependability, good attendance, and a commitment to workplace safety.
