Job Description

We are searching for Production Associate I to join the Cadence team! As a Production Associate, you will assemble and test products, maintain accurate records and documentation, and performing inspections on products. Why should you consider working for us? The following qualifications/experience set is also helpful: High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and understand process documents. Experience operating in a procedure-driven environment. Must have basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Basic computer proficiency. Experience in assembly/manufacturing environment, MIM (Metal Injection experience is preferred. Good hand dexterity and ability to use a microscope. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, unassisted. Strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
