Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely production of high quality products to customer specifications a. Apply tape, liquid masking (paints), plugs, etc. to parts in accordance with established practices and procedures to satisfy customer specifications. b. Follow written and verbal work instructions to ensure accuracy of each project c. Select and use proper tools (paint brush, plug size etc) 2. Follow company policies, work processes and documentation requirements a. Adhere to all company policies and procedures b. Follow work instructions, schedules and documentation requirements c. Follow all NADCAP; AS9000; ISO and other regulatory requirements 3. Communicate constructively with coworkers, leads and supervisor a. Share relevant information, questions and concerns with leads and supervisors 4. Ensure a safe work environment for myself and others a. Follow safety rules b. Report injuries and hazards 5. Strive for continuous improvement 6. Other duties as apparent or as assigned to meet business needs EOE
