Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Rack parts in a timely manner to customer specifications a. Fasten metal parts to devices such as hooks, racks, or loads work pieces in baskets or barrels. b. Determine the most efficient and effective method of racking customer parts of various sizes and geometric shapes c. Follow customer requirements and work instructions to ensure accuracy of each project 2. Follow company policies, work processes and documentation requirements a. Adhere to all company policies and procedures b. Follow work instructions, schedules and documentation requirements c. Follow all NADCAP; AS9000; ISO and other regulatory requirements 3. Communicate constructively with coworkers, leads and supervisor 4. Ensure a safe work environment for myself and others a. Follow safety rules b. Report injuries and hazards 5. Strive for continuous improvement 6. Other duties as apparent or as assigned to meet operational and business needs EOE
