OVERVIEW SUMMARY
Rocal is seeking reliable, detail oriented individuals to join our growing company. We have immediate openings with our first shift, which works from 7 am to 3:30 pm M-F. A strong work ethic and dependability are essential; you must be responsible for following all health and safety regulations.
EMPLOYEE JOB DUTIES
Following specific instructions from department and plant supervisors Use various tools and equipment to complete tasks Able to accurately read a tape measure Must be a timely and efficient worker
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school degree or equivalent educational experience; Vocational school Must be 18 years of age Reliable mode of transportation Positive attitude and work ethic
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Continuously stand on concrete for long periods of time Bend, squat, climb on signs and lift frequently Routinely lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds Wear personal protective equipment correctly Work in hot/cold temperatures Exposed to loud noises
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Read and sign the following; Safety Rules, Maintenance Safety Rules and a complete welcome packet. All new employees will receive a pair of safety glasses and ear protection (as needed) before working on the floor.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Hazmat Forklift Training (testing required) Crane Lift Power Tools (hand)
