Job Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Truss Builders to join a manufacturing team in Ocala. This position involves assembling roof trusses in a production environment while following measurements, specifications, and safety procedures. Responsibilities Assemble and build roof trusses according to specifications. Use hand tools and basic power tools. Read and follow measurements and production instructions. Lift and move materials weighing up to 40-50 lbs. repeatedly. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Work efficiently as part of a production team. Work overtime when required. Qualifications Manufacturing, construction, framing, or truss-building experience preferred. Ability to read a measuring tape. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. repeatedly. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Must be willing to work overtime when needed. Experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
