Climate Controlled Job Description This role focuses on hands-on production and assembly work, including preparing and assembling wires and fiber rope using hand tools. You will work with small parts, follow measurements accurately, and support multiple stages of the production process to ensure high-quality output. Responsibilities Assemble wires accurately using hand tools, and hand assembly according to production specifications. Measure to cut and prepare materials to the correct size. Prepare fiber rope and small parts for subsequent stations, including cutting, gluing, cleaning and final assembly. Handle small components carefully to maintain product quality and consistency. Follow established production processes and assembly line procedures to meet daily targets. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations. Inspect materials and assembled parts for basic quality issues and report any defects or concerns. Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to complete production tasks on schedule. Essential Skills At least 1 year of assembly experience in a production or similar environment. Hands-on experience using basic hand tools and power tools. Comfort working with small parts and components. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a production setting. Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and proper assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing environment, assembling parts, or assembly line work. Experience assembling parts in a fast-paced environment. Strong manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Why Work Here? The setting is structured around production and assembly processes, with an emphasis on safety, organization, and consistent workflow. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Havana, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
