This position is perfect for someone eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Assist the production team with daily gelato and frozen dessert production Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times Organize inventory, ingredients, and supplies Support packing, labeling, and preparation tasks Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries Follow food safety and cleanliness standards Work closely with the team to keep production running efficiently Requirements Very organized and detail-oriented Eager to learn and grow with the company Punctual, responsible, and reliable Comfortable standing for long periods of time Able to lift and move boxes and ingredients when needed Positive attitude and team player mentality Previous kitchen or production experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Monday through Friday 40-55 hours per week depending on production needs About Ola Gelato Ola Gelato is a premium artisanal gelato company working with some of the top restaurants, hotels, and hospitality groups in Florida.
