English & Spanish (Bilingual) Position Overview The Fruit Expert® - Customer Service & Production Associate plays a key role in delivering the Edible® brand experience. This position is responsible for creating high-quality fruit arrangements, Dipped Fruit™ boxes, and bakeshop treats while providing exceptional, bilingual customer service. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and consistently delivers a "WOW" experience to every customer. How You'll Make an Impact Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fresh fruit for production Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes Perform daily cleaning tasks and properly remove trash and kitchen waste Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling guidelines Welcome and engage every customer with friendly, bilingual service Identify customer needs and confidently recommend products to enhance their experience Utilize effective sales techniques and maintain strong knowledge of the product line Address customer concerns and resolve difficult situations calmly and professionally Take initiative to learn and perform all aspects of the role Work collaboratively as a team player to support store operations What We're Looking For Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset Strong bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish) Passion for delivering outstanding customer service Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications and POS/register systems Physical ability to lift, carry, and/or push up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Requirements Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Willingness to be flexible, adaptable, and assist wherever needed Open availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Must be available to work holidays , especially Valentine's Day and Mother's Day (no exceptions)
