PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

T o assist the Operator and Assistant Operator in the setup & operate when necessary any piece of equipment to run a corrugated box to meet customer specifications

GUIDELINES and receive training in proper operating procedures Receive instructions in the following; Lockout procedures Hearing protection Safety shoes Moving machinery All stop buttons All nip points Conveyor safety Lifting and pushing/pulling Safety guards, gates & chain

EQUIPMENT OPERATED

Flexo Folder Gluer equipment Computer input terminal Quality test equipment

QUALITY:

Perform the following quality checks: 1 st piece dimensional checks 1 st piece print quality checks Random checks during run for dimensions & print Ink color & viscosity 1 st piece visual check - fold box complete If major problem- shut machine down & notify supervisor

EDUCATIONAL TRAINING
