is seeking a dedicated Production

• Installation Technician to join our Signage manufacturing team.

This role involves executing installation processes within our manufacturing facility, ensuring that products are assembled, installed, and tested according to specifications. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with sign production equipment, finishing processes for signage, experience operating hand tools, and familiarity with general sign shop operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality production outputs and support efficient manufacturing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment within the signage production environment. Assist in the assembly, finishing and installation of products, following detailed instructions. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently Support warehouse operations by organizing materials and maintaining inventory accuracy. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure maximum performance state of the art signage production equipment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues during installation processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices. Experience Prior signage manufacturing experience is highly preferred Hands-on experience with signage finising processes, paint booth experience, hand tools, and power tools. Mechanical knowledge related to product assembly and installation processes. Experience in organizational processes in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Familiarity with warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety standards Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team. Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality assurance practices.
