Job Title:

Food Production Assistant - Part-Time We are a small food manufacturing company located in Miramar, Florida, looking for a reliable and hardworking Food Production Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate is organized, clean, able to follow instructions accurately, and comfortable working toward daily production goals.

Schedule:

Part-time:

approximately 20-30 hours per week

• Daytime availability required
• Shifts may vary between 7:00 a.

m.-3:30 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Pay:

• $15 per hour during the training period
• $16 per hour after successful completion of training

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, production, portioning, packaging, and labeling
• Follow recipes, instructions, food-safety procedures, and production timelines
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area
• Wash and sanitize equipment, utensils, and production surfaces
• Move ingredients, supplies, finished products, and boxes as needed
• Work efficiently as part of a small production team
• Speak Spanish.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain standing and moving for most of an eight-hour shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, or move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working at a steady, fast pace
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a cold food-production environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food preparation, kitchens, restaurants, hotels, catering, food trucks, warehouses, or food manufacturing
• Dependable, punctual, clean, and organized
• Able to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks within established production times
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute consistently to Miramar
