Creative & E-commerce Production About the Role We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Junior Production Assistant to support our high-volume creative and e-commerce studio. This isn't a "sit behind a desk" role—it's for a maker and a doer who understands that a great shoot starts with a perfect environment.

You will be the "glue" of our production team, responsible for the physical execution of our sets and the seamless flow of our studio operations. This position is the perfect entry point for someone who wants to master the technical and logistical foundations of professional creative production. What You'll Be Doing Set Execution & Visual Readiness Build the
Foundation:
Execute simple, high-quality photo sets, including painting walls/panels, installing trim, and rigging backdrop systems.
On-Set Styling:
Assist in the physical arrangement of furniture and props to ensure every frame is camera-ready.
Technical Support:
Help the photography team with lighting adjustments and moving equipment to optimize the shoot flow.
Production & Sample Logistics Inventory Flow:
Manage the intake, steaming, sorting, and tagging of e-commerce samples to ensure the crew has exactly what they need, when they need it.
Studio Stewardship:
Maintain a high standard of organization across the studio, managing storage for props, tools, and production supplies.
Workflow Support:
Assist the Producer with tracking shipments and coordinating with external vendors for materials. Creative Growth & Ownership From Concept to
Reality:
Work with the Creative Director to translate mood boards into executable build plans.
Problem Solving:
Identify and fix "on-the-fly" set issues to keep the production on schedule.

Qualifications Hands-on Capability:
Experience with basic construction/DIY (painting, simple assembly, tool safety).
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet during shoot days.
Organizational Skills:
A "logic-first" brain that enjoys keeping systems and samples in order.
Team Player:
A positive, "no task is too small" attitude.
Bonus:
Experience in theater tech, visual merchandising, or art school is a major plus.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
