Job Description
Prohibition Films is looking for a reliable, proactive Production Assistant for a one-day branded video shoot for a law firm in the Palm Beach County, FL area on Tuesday, August 25. This is a polished, cinematic brand piece with a small, nimble crew. We'll be filming primarily in an office/location environment, including interviews and naturalistic scenes of the attorneys working with clients and one another. We're looking for a PA who is organized, attentive, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed to help keep a small crew moving efficiently. Responsibilities may include assisting with load-in and load-out, helping move and organize equipment, keeping locations and production areas organized, assisting with talent/client needs, runs, and general on-set production support. Because we'll be filming in a professional law office environment, we especially value someone personable, discreet, proactive, and comfortable working around clients.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Previous PA or on-set production experience
- Experience with commercial, branded, documentary, or corporate production is a plus
- Ability to anticipate needs and take direction well
- Comfortable assisting with gear and production setup
- Professional, client-facing set demeanor
- Reliable transportation
