We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our client's team onsite for an exciting Direct Hire opportunity. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will work in a controlled cleanroom environment to produce life-changing orthopedic implants. As part of the foundational team establishing a brand-new U.S. production facility, you will play a vital role in mastering processes, setting quality standards, and supporting future growth. Responsibilities:
Cleanroom Operations:

Perform hands-on manufacturing of orthopedic implants in a controlled cleanroom setting, strictly adhering to cleanroom standards and proper gowning protocols.

Process Execution:

Follow detailed written work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to safely operate molding, cutting, weighing, and compression equipment.

Quality & Precision:

Verify measurements, weights, and product attributes with high accuracy and consistency. ...

Documentation & ERP:

Complete vital production documentation, including Device History Records (DHR), and perform basic entries into the ERP system.

Issue Resolution:

Identify and report basic production issues or variances to supervisors promptly to ensure rapid resolution.

Teamwork & Facility Growth:

Support cross-functional workflows across production and packaging, assisting with general tasks such as material handling during the site's initial expansion phase.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a safe, organized workspace while consistently following all safety rules and operational guidelines.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Skills:

Previous experience in medical device manufacturing, controlled cleanroom environments, or other highly regulated industries.

Prior experience maintaining production documentation, Device History Records (DHR), or using ERP systems.

Education:
High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to comfortably operate simple tools, scales, and production machinery.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform precise, repeatable tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proven accuracy in following complex written work instructions.
