Gummy Production Operator / Labor Biominerales Pharma LLC Pembroke Park, FL Job Details Full-time From $16 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Food production Machine operation Basic math Moving Manufacturing standard operating procedures Materials handling Full Job Description Position Summary The Gummy Production Operator / Labor is responsible for supporting the complete gummy production process, including weighing raw materials, assisting with production equipment, receiving gummies from the production machine, performing basic quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized production area. This position works with dietary supplement and hemp-derived gummy products and must follow all company production, safety, sanitation, and GMP procedures. Main Responsibilities Raw Material Weighing Collect raw materials according to the production batch sheet. Verify material name and lot number. Weigh raw materials using the correct scale. Label and organize weighed materials for production. Keep different materials and batches separated. Report any incorrect material or weight to the Production Lead. Gummy Machine Operation Prepare the gummy production machine for operation. Start and stop equipment as instructed. Monitor the machine during production. Maintain a consistent flow of product. Assist with molds, trays, belts, or other production equipment. Report machine problems immediately to the Production Lead. Do not make unauthorized changes to machine settings. Gummy Receiving & Handling Receive gummies coming from the production machine. Place gummies correctly on trays, racks, containers, or conveyors. Prevent gummies from sticking, falling, or becoming contaminated. Move finished gummies to the next production stage. Keep each batch properly identified and separated. Basic Quality Control Visually inspect gummies during production. Check for basic problems including incorrect shape, broken or damaged gummies, gummies sticking together, incorrect color or appearance, gummies that are too large or too small, and foreign material or contamination. Perform basic weight checks when required. Separate unacceptable product. Immediately report quality problems to the Production Lead or Quality Department. Cleaning & Production Area Clean production machines and surrounding areas as instructed. Clean trays, containers, utensils, tables, and work surfaces. Maintain an organized production area. Follow sanitation and cross-contamination prevention procedures. Follow handwashing and personal hygiene requirements. Wear required PPE, including gloves, hairnet, beard cover when applicable, and production uniform. Basic Requirements Basic reading and math skills. Ability to use a digital scale. Ability to follow production instructions. Attention to product quality and cleanliness. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive production work. Ability to lift and move production materials within company safety limits. Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team. Previous production experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. Key Rule Follow the approved production instructions at all times. Do not change raw-material quantities, formulas, machine settings, or production procedures without authorization from the Production Lead or Supervisor.
