141 County Line Road, Plant City, FL 33566 (Temperatures ranging from approximately 38°F to 85°F, depending on the production area)
IMPORTANT WORK ENVIRONMENT DETAILS
This role involves working in a refrigerated food production environment with temperatures around 38°F. Team Members are assembling fresh, ready-to-eat meals in a commercial food manufacturing facility. You will be working on a food production line, plating meals with precision, consistency, and attention to detail. Jackets and cold-room gear are provided.

ASSEMBLY TEAM MEMBER
The Food Production Assembly Team Member is responsible for accurately plating and assembling prepared meals in accordance with company plating guides and food safety standards. Success in this role requires consistency, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced refrigerated production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, follows processes well, and takes pride in producing high-quality food products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble and plate meals according to company plating guides and portion standards Accurately portion ingredients using scales, scoops, and measuring tools Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy and food safety compliance Communicate shortages, inconsistencies, or production concerns to leadership Follow all sanitation, food safety, and GMP procedures with no-compromise standards Maintain organized and clean workstations throughout shifts Support food rotation and minimize food waste Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors Complete additional production-related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment around 38°F for extended periods Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift Ability to lift to 35 pounds Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms throughout the shift Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and reach regularly Ability to read and follow plating guides, recipes, and production instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency Ability to accept coaching and follow established procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Food production, restaurant, meal prep, catering, or commercial kitchen experience preferred Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
