We're looking for a hands-on print production operator who takes pride in getting the details right and wants to grow with a small, fast-moving team. What you'll do Run multiple wide format printers and plotter/cutters at the same time Operate a wide format laminator, and trim or slit printed materials to spec Check print quality (colour, alignment, cut accuracy) before orders move on Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot printers and finishing equipment Pack and prepare orders for shipping Track and reorder materials: vinyl, laminate, ink, and packaging Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe What we're looking for Reliable and self-motivated; you can manage your own queue without close supervision Comfortable with computers (email, web, basic file handling); design or RIP software experience is a plus A problem-solver who can work through the occasional technical hiccup Able to lift 50 lb rolls of vinyl and stand for most of a shift Flexible to work extra hours during busy seasons (back-to-school and holidays) Quick learner who enjoys hands-on, detail-oriented work Wide format printing experience is a strong asset (Roland, Mimaki, HP Latex, Graphtec, or similar) What we offer
