We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Temporary Production Associate to assist with a short-term manufacturing/production project. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The position involves hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment and requires someone who is comfortable with physical work and working in warm/hot conditions. Responsibilities Assist with production and processing of materials Operate or assist with basic production equipment after training Measure, handle, and move production materials Follow established production procedures and safety requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with packaging, material handling, and other production duties as needed Physical & Work Requirements Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working in a hot/warm manufacturing environment Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions Must follow all required safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Qualifications Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or machine-operation experience is preferred but not required Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and follow established procedures Strong attention to safety and quality Position Type Temporary with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
