Manufacturing Associate

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our manufacturing team who wants to grow in the medical manufacturing field. This is an entry-level job which means no experience needed - just a willingness to learn. We will provide all required on-the-job training. Education, Business Experience, and Physical Requirements High school diploma, G.E.D., and/or combination of work experience and education. Proficiency in English is required. Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus but not required. Description of Responsibilities Following is a list of some of the skills and responsibilities you will learn. Address routine issues in injection molding and troubleshoot alarms. Start up and shut down molding lines, especially after power outages. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot blister molding machines and mold cutters. Inspect and perform quality checks. Manage and inspect products to meet quality and production goals. Operate packaging lines, handle jams, and ensure packaging meets standards. Sample product for specification, operate sterilizers, and prepare solutions. Record production data and complete manufacturing records. Ensure compliance with PPE requirements for a safe environment. Work must adhere to and follow quality standards such as SOP, GMA, FDA, and ISO Maintain a clean and organized workspace. You must be able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated to complete tasks on your own, and willing to learn new skills.

Pay:

From $15.50 per hour
