Machine Operator 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts Adecco is Hiring!
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 2;30 PM - 11 PM |
Pay Rate:
$ 15.75/hour -16.25 Position Summary Adecco is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators for a manufacturing environment. Candidates will be responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, maintaining production records, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Primary Responsibilities Perform machine operations and process controls. Follow machine startup and shutdown procedures. Follow applicable work instructions and product specifications. Adhere to established company policies and procedures. Follow all health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Maintain knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Keep workstations organized and clean. Complete required quality control inspections. Perform machine and production area cleaning. Troubleshoot equipment and production issues. Read and interpret work orders and bills of materials. Complete and maintain required production paperwork. Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Identify and report non-conforming products, production equipment, and testing equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Chain & Spooling Department Responsibilities Perform required first-piece inspections and quality checks. Utilize Nikon profile projector equipment. Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. Weigh and record chain production output. Maintain product traceability using temporary travelers. Print labels and package products according to work instructions. Extrusion Department Responsibilities Complete preventive maintenance and cleaning check sheets. Perform first-piece and ongoing inspections. Change, clean, and adjust extrusion dies. Troubleshoot extrusion processes, including purging and cleaning. Set up and calibrate adapter-less tip sizes according to specifications using Zumbach equipment. Follow material drying and mixing procedures. Perform quality inspections and scrap reporting. Verify measurements using calipers, comparators, scales, and pin gauges. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic troubleshooting skills. Experience with measuring and inspection tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment. Pay Details:
