Your task:

spend anywhere from 3-6 hours (depending on your speed) at the kitchen using the provided ingredients to prepare cookie dough from scratch. This involves chopping chocolate, cracking eggs, weighing out ingredients like flour and sugar, using commercial grade mixers, and portioning each cookie by hand. Must be able to follow the recipe with a very high level of precision and attention to detail. Must wash all dishes and leave the station clean. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Pay is $50 per each batch of dough made. The quicker you are, and the more dough you make, the more you will be paid. Exact times at the kitchen are flexible as long as you prepare the dough quickly and correctly. Must be okay working 1-2 days per week to start. As the business grows, this may increase. Training will take place for a few hours over the weekend, ideally on a Saturday morning. After that, you can work any days you like.
