In this energetic role, you will operate a variety of machines ensuring efficient production processes. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, productive environment while adhering to strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in manufacturing technology and contribute to innovative product development in a fast-paced facility. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines to produce components according to specifications. Maintain quality control standards throughout production. Troubleshoot and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime. Conduct quality inspections during production runs to identify defects or deviations; document findings accurately for continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members on tasks, projects and packaging processes to meet production targets efficiently. Experience Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience operating machinery in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Experience with mechanical tools such as hand tools and fabrication tools. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machine issues. Prior warehouse or materials handling experience is a plus!
