Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate / Asociado de Producción to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with factory operations, and a commitment to safety standards. 1st shift is 6:00am -3:30pm Monday-Friday. This shift is entirely outdoors and must be able to work in most all weather conditions. 2nd shift is 3:00pm - 1:00am bilingual is encouraged, working in the deshuttering area next to an oven where the environment becomes very hot. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and tools, including power tools and hand tools, ensuring precise assembly and fabrication. Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and process instructions accurately to support production tasks. Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure components meet specifications. Manage manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, while following safety procedures to prevent injuries. Conduct routine inspections of products and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards in production. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and machinery operation guidelines.. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts within a factory or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. Ability to lift 60 pounds Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Experience working on assembly lines with hands-on involvement in mechanical assembly tasks. Ability to handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Knowledge of safety standards in production facilities and adherence to safety protocols. Skilled in the use of power tools, hand tools, and other manufacturing equipment. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical documentation accurately. Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams is a plus.
