POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking Stack & Dump Production Workers to support daily manufacturing and production operations. This position involves handling materials, stacking and dumping products, maintaining production flow, and following all safety and quality procedures. The ideal candidate should be comfortable performing physical, repetitive work in a fast-paced production environment and be able to remain productive throughout the shift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Stack, organize, and move products and materials throughout the production area. Perform dumping and material-handling duties according to production requirements. Load and unload materials as needed. Maintain a steady flow of materials to support production operations. Perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and physical production tasks. Inspect materials and products for quality and proper handling. Follow production instructions and established operating procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all workplace safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements. Work cooperatively with team members and production supervisors. Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality. Report equipment problems, safety concerns, or production issues to management. Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work for an entire shift. Ability to lift, carry, stack, and move materials as required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to safety and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
