Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator for a contract/temporary opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This hands-on manufacturing role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of production, machine operation, or general operations experience who enjoys working in a structured, team-focused environment. As a Production Operator, you will help keep production running efficiently by setting up machines, feeding materials, monitoring output, identifying issues, and maintaining accurate records. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who takes pride in quality work, safe operations, and being part of a dependable production team. Key Responsibilities Set up production machines, including calibration, cleaning, and preparation for operation. Control and adjust machine settings to support efficient and accurate production. Feed raw materials into machines and monitor equipment during the shift. Identify and troubleshoot issues that may occur during production. Inspect finished goods to identify non-conforming products and support quality control standards. Maintain accurate records of approved units, defective units, and inventory-related activity.

Compensation and Benefits Pay rate:

$18 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
