Production Support

BEE ACCESS - PRODUCTION SUPPORT

We are seeking a Production Support associate to join our production team that will support the company's overall growth strategy by assisting the welders by maintaining their tools and equipment and by maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This position requires basic skills to cut, drill and punch, and assemble.

Full time hours and first shift schedule: 40 hours per week guaranteed, Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES

Assemble equipment (locate, clean, assemble components). Prep hardware, parts, and equipment for assembly. Read a tape measure accurately. Ability to work on multiple projects by order of priority. Support welders/fabricators as they fabricate various metal parts.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry with construction exposure preferred. 1 year of Forklift experience preferred. Strong organization and communication skills required. Capable of handling and lifting 50 lbs. without assistance. Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated.
