Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelinesPerform assembly and fabrication tasks using various hand tools and power equipmentConduct quality checks and inspections throughout the production processFollow production schedules and work orders to meet daily targetsMaintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocolsSupport material handling operations including loading, unloading, and proper storageCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flowMonitor product quality and report any defects or irregularitiesAssist in basic equipment maintenance and cleaning proceduresDocument production data and maintain accurate recordsParticipate in cross-training initiatives to support various workstationsQualificationsMust be 18 years or olderMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to pass background check and drug screeningAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistProficiency in using hand tools and basic power equipmentAbility to read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic instructionsBasic math skills, including ability to work with fractions and decimalsStrong attention to detail and quality consciousnessExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructions accuratelyManufacturing experience preferredExperience with tape measure reading preferredDemonstrated reliability and punctualityBasic problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to workplace safety protocolsAdditional Information
