Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pant Presser to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally pressing trousers and other garments using industrial pressing equipment to ensure a crisp, polished finish that reflects luxury service standards. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, is reliable, and is flexible when production volumes require additional hours. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply, though not required.

Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

Operate industrial pant presses and related finishing equipment safely and efficiently.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect garments before and after pressing to identify stains, fabric issues, or damage.

Detailed Finishing:

Use hand irons and steam tools to refine creases, waistbands, hems, and other detailed areas.

Production Performance:

Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Fabric Care:

Adjust temperature, pressure, and steam settings based on fabric type to prevent damage.

Routine Maintenance:

Perform basic daily cleaning and upkeep of pressing equipment to ensure proper operation.

Organization:

Sort, tag, and prepare finished garments according to production workflow.
