Production Worker - Manufacturing Associate Impact Alliance, divison of DFC Manufacturing Group, LLC | Folding Carton Division | Alpharetta, GA | Full-Time | First Shift About the Role Impact Alliance, a Confluent Holdings company, is hiring Production Workers for our manufacturing facility in Alpharetta, GA. This is a hands-on, full-time role on the production floor where you will operate equipment, assemble and inspect products, and help the team hit daily targets. No manufacturing experience required - we will train reliable, detail-oriented people who want steady work and room to grow. What You'll Do Operate production machinery and equipment following standard operating procedures Assemble products and components to specification Inspect work for defects and catch quality issues before they move downstream Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily targets Assist with equipment setup and changeovers Move, stage, sort, count, and package materials and finished products Keep your workstation and equipment clean and organized Complete production records and logs accurately Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to your supervisor right away Cross-train across lines and tasks to support the team Follow all safety and PPE requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred - entry-level candidates welcome Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Basic math skills for counts and measurements Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a flexible attitude toward changing tasks and schedules Forklift or equipment certifications a plus (not required) Physical Requirements This role is performed on a production floor. It involves standing and walking for the full shift, frequent bending, reaching, and grasping, and regularly lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds (more with assistance). The environment includes moving machinery, moderate to high noise levels, dust, and varying temperatures. Safety glasses, closed-toe footwear, and hearing protection are required as posted.
