Structured, on-the-job training with experienced operators and supervisors in a high-volume environment. Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, and 401(k), as reported by employees. Attendance-based incentives and recognition for reliable, consistent performance. A team-oriented culture where communication, safety, and quality are core values. Growth potential into more advanced operator or lead roles as the facility continues to expand.

Basic understanding of refiners, dryers, resin systems, or similar process equipment (or willingness to learn). Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to equipment and process tasks. You Will Be:
Staying actively present in the refiner and dryer area to monitor and maintain steady process flow. Ensuring condensate drains are clear, chip bins are emptied, and resin systems are functioning properly. Safely unloading resin and wax trucks and verifying correct connections and material flow. Keeping the sifter area clean and flowing and making sure the moisture meter and related equipment remain unblocked. Stationed at the startup cyclone during refiner start-up to verify fiber quality before it enters the dryer.
