Job Description

this is on our night shift job - 10PM to 630am
Accountabilities:
Operating and Maintaining machinery used in the production of PU-PVC Conveyor belts Set up and operate machinery according to production orders, work instructions, and safety procedures. Adjust machine settings and parameters to achieve desired coating thickness, embossing patterns, and product quality. Load and unload materials, including base fabrics, coating compounds, and finished belts. Monitor machine operations, identify, and troubleshoot minor malfunctions and general housekeeping. Inspecting products for defects, and ensuring they meet quality standards. Preparing products for shipment by packaging them appropriately. Assist the maintenance team as requested and needed according to the received instructions. Adhering to safety procedures and wearing required protective gear. Complete all AMMEGA trainings as required and instructed. Report safety or other policy violation.
Requirements for the job:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Prior experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Basic computer Knowledge. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Parameters for success (KPIs):
Productivity Output:
Meet or exceed production targets set by the company.
Quality Rate:
Percentage of products produced within specifications.
Waste Reduction:
Amount of material waste minimized.
Physical Demands:
