Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Associate and become a vital part of creating high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this energetic role, you will be actively engaged in assembly, equipment operation, and process improvement initiatives. Your contributions will help ensure smooth production flows, uphold safety standards, and support continuous manufacturing excellence. Duties Assemble components accurately using hand tools and mechanical assembly techniques Measure parts and finished products with measuring instruments to meet quality specifications Conduct manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, while adhering to safety protocols Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with safety standards and lean manufacturing principles Skills Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and manual handling techniques Previous experience working on assembly lines or in manufacturing facilities preferred Understanding of safety standards in production and adherence to safety protocol guidelines Ability to manage production or assembly teams effectively when required Knowledge of manufacturing management practices, process improvement strategies, and lean manufacturing concepts
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
