While many people have never heard the term "Creeler," it is one of the most important jobs in a woven textile manufacturing operation. A creel is a large rack that holds hundreds of yarn packages that feed the starting point for making woven fabric. As a Creeler, you will be responsible for loading yarn onto the creel according to precise specifications, ensuring the correct materials are positioned and ready for production. The quality of the fabric we produce begins with the work performed in this role. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, consistency, and the ability to follow standardized procedures. Success in this role comes from taking pride in doing the job right every time and understanding that your work directly impacts the quality of the finished product. What You'll Do Load yarn packages onto creels according to production requirements Verify yarn types, lot numbers, and placement locations Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency Support efficient production flow Identify and report issues that could affect quality or production performance Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area What We're Looking For Excellent attention to detail Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Dependable work habits and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment Commitment to producing high-quality work Why Join DNA Technical Fabrics?
