Execute final processing tasks, including the removal of masking materials and protective components, to prepare items for immediate shipment. Manage the efficient packaging and palletizing of finished parts, ensuring all items are organized and protected for transit. Maintain consistent production flow by synchronizing your pace with the conveyor system to prevent bottlenecks. Document quality findings and communicate potential process improvements to the production team to enhance overall output quality. Uphold a high standard of workplace organization and safety while navigating a dynamic, high-speed manufacturing floor. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, packaging, or quality inspection role.
