Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm & Friday 6am-2:30pm • This is a manufacturing environment - It is dusty and loud environment.• Position overview: Working in the Plastics Department consists of performing one of three key roles: Spray, Roller, or Prep. The Production Plastics team member will be responsible for tasks within their assigned role to support overall department efficiency. Laborers assigned to the Plastics Department will work in one of these three area: Spray, Roller, or Prep based on operational needs

We are a Trench drain manufacturing company currently hiring for several permanent positions. Advancement to leadership positions available.

Plastic:
Assist in the Plastic process of manufacturing trench drains and related products Prep, clean and polish forms Build and efficiently stack pallets with finished products (trenches and grates) Prepare pallets for shipment Contribute to the overall facility production goals on a daily basis Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe work environment with a "safety first" mindset Follow all safety processes and procedures Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks Assist with the fabrication and assembly of products in any Production Department - Spray department. Qualifications (for all departments): Must be at least 18 years of age Must have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience as a Laborer Dependability to report to work is a must Must be able to read a tape measure Must be able to effectively use a variety of hand tools Must be able to read and interpret simple shop drawings Bilingual (English and Spanish, both oral and written) is a plus Must pass a drug screen and background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid state-issued driver's license Education (for all departments): High school diploma or GED preferred Supervisory requirements: None Competencies (for all departments): Ability to prioritize work tasks and multi-task Ability to withstand extreme temperatures (hot and cold) and outside elements Ability to stand/walk/crouch/bend frequently throughout entire shift (up to 10 hours) Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred Must be able to form advantageous work relationships with peers, managers and plant management
