Join our team at SunElement Energy located in Dublin, Georgia. At SunElement Energy you will be given the opportunity to do hands-on production work, learn to power riveting equipment, focus on safety and quality skills, and at the end of the day see finished solar panels coming straight off the production line. With our modernized working hours schedule, you will have the best of both worlds: a full-time 40 hour work week and long weekends to enjoy time with your family and friends doing the things you love most. What your day looks like An average day at SunElement starts by clocking in alongside your 40-member team crew and supervisors. Followed by reporting to your station as a key player in production for the day. Depending on the training received and position assigned for the day, you will have the opportunity to inspect and load glass, align panel materials, operate lamination equipment, install frames and electrical boxes, check panels for defects, or pack and stage finished panels. Each manufactured panel is assigned a unique serial number to ensure product quality and company standards are met. While some stations involve hands-on assembly, others focus on running equipment, checking imaging screens, preparing panels for the next step, or working in the packing and warehouse area. Employees offering qualified safety knowledge and understanding may qualify for company paid forklift certification when available and needed. On day one you will begin by learning valuable skills in a designated area with a qualified trainer. After earning your first certification, you will have the opportunity to rotate to multiple stations earning additional certificates along the way making you a valuable team member and building toward higher operator levels. Pay and advancement Team member starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Through our multi-tiered advancement system, team members are rewarded with pay advances tied to station certifications and written performance reviews. All new hires will be required to start on day shift for training and evaluation. After the two-week training and evaluation period, employees who later volunteer for an available night shift position receive an additional $1.00 per hour. Schedule SunElement Energy offers a competitive work schedule offering flexibility with ample down time to unwind, with two 12-hour shifts (7AM
  • 7PM or 7PM
  • 7AM).
Shifts rotate in a four-on, three-off schedule. This allows team members to work 36 hours one week, and 48 hours the following week. Overtime is paid after 80 hours for a two-week period. Additional overtime may be available when production needs it, but it is not mandatory. Requirements Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, able to provide their own transportation, dependable, and able to lift 40-50 pounds. All applicants must be able to pass a drug test and background check. There is no manufacturing experience needed to apply! We will train you on site!
