Cotton Eyed Joe's is a growing print and branding company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented DTF Film Press Operator to join our production team. This position works in our apparel production department operating our DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat press equipment to apply printed transfers to shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. What You'll Do Operate commercial heat presses for DTF apparel production Position and apply DTF transfers accurately and consistently Follow work orders for garment type, artwork placement, quantities, and sizes Inspect finished garments for print quality and proper placement Organize garments and transfers for efficient production Count and verify completed orders Maintain a clean and organized production area Assist with other apparel production duties when needed Help keep jobs moving accurately and on schedule What We're Looking For DTF or heat press experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person . More importantly, we're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up to work on time Pays close attention to detail Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Takes pride in producing quality work Can follow written job instructions accurately Is comfortable standing for extended periods Can lift boxes of apparel and production materials as needed Works well independently and as part of a team About Cotton Eyed Joe's Cotton Eyed Joe's has been providing printing, apparel, promotional products, signage, and branding solutions since 1998.
