Flowery Branch, GA Essential Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Load, unload, organize, and store décor, furniture, props, drapery, lighting, floral supplies, and event materials. Maintain accurate inventory by labeling, tracking, and organizing warehouse items. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while following company safety procedures. Prepare event materials for loading and scheduled event production. Production & Inventory Support Assist in preparing drapery, lighting, props, and décor for upcoming events. Support the production of custom décor, graphics, vinyl signage, and specialty event pieces. Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs on décor, furniture, and event equipment. Assist with basic floral preparation and event production as needed. Team Collaboration Work closely with Warehouse Operations, Event Services, Floral Production, Sales, and Creative teams to fulfill event requirements. Assist with warehouse organization, inventory counts, and special projects. Support event loading, unloading, setup preparation, and post-event inventory processing. Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations. Quality & Operations Ensure inventory is accurate, organized, and event-ready. Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards. Report damaged, missing, or low inventory items to warehouse leadership. Maintain quality standards for all warehouse materials and equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to operate basic hand tools and assist with production projects. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to pass required pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screening. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Ability to lift and carry 30-60 lbs independently; team lifts required for heavier items. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and other physical activity associated with warehouse operations. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, production, or event industry experience preferred. Work Schedule & Environment
  • Work is performed primarily in the warehouse, with event venue assignments as needed based on operational and staffing needs.
  • Comfortable working indoors/outdoors and in non-climate-controlled environments with varying weather conditions.
  • Flexible schedule required based on production schedules, event setups, teardowns, and business needs.
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
