If you love tracking down faults across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC/controls systems—and helping teammates learn as you go—you'll feel right at home here. The challenge you'll own Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime and elevate yield and product quality. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance and support predictive strategies and spare‑parts optimization. Coach production personnel through technical hurdles and collaborate to keep output on track. Rebuild worn components in the parts repair shop to "as‑built" condition, contributing to annual cost avoidance. Support retrofits and upgrades; draft and update SOPs and shop repair instructions. Assist with validation protocols tied to equipment and process changes. Continuously improve manufacturing processes for balanced gains in cost, throughput, yield, and quality. Minimum qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. English fluency (read, write, understand, communicate). 1+ year of relevant hands‑on experience.
