Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:30am, plus OT on Fridays and Saturdays as needed. PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the HVAC manufacturing industry to hire a dedicated Assembly Associate. As an Assembly Associate, you'll play an important role in the manufacturing process by assemblingponents, supporting production operations, and ensuring every product meets quality standards. What You'll Do As an Assembly Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Perform slide-line assembly and other production assembly tasks. Pull andanize parts needed for production. Complete silkscreen operations and support post, test, and final assembly processes. Put stock away and maintain ananized work area. Meet daily production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards. Inspect assembled products for accuracy and quality. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals. Follow established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds as needed. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or

GED. 1-3

years of stable work experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment. Ability to read, write, andprehend English. Basic math skills, including percentages and fractions. Strong attention to detail andmitment to producing quality work. Mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination. Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ready to Build Something Great? Pay Details:

$18.00 per hour
